You will need to create or log into your account to make your purchase or download the free sample chapter. Please make a note of your account information so you can return anytime to re-download Chapters or purchase new Chapters as they become available. You will need to include a valid email address (all fields are required).

When you complete your purchase you will also receive a receipt by email that includes a link where you can download files. You purchases will also be available for re-download for a period of 7 days from the Purchase History page. If ordering from within Canada applicable tax will be added when you complete your purchase on PayPal
